Wholesale Account
We sell only retailers with valid business license and registration.  Upon approval of your registration, you will be granted a password to login to our website.  It is solely your responsibility to keep your account information and password secure. We are not under any obligation to verify the actual identity or authority of any person or company using the account name and password to gain access  and make purchase to use the our Web site.

Minimum order 
Lifestyle Market requires a minimum order for each brand. Any orders lower than this amount will not be processed or shipped. Also, please note there is a minimum quantity required for each item to be respected.

Product availability & Exclusivity
Lifestyle Market make every effort to fulfill all orders, however we does not guaranteed product availability.  Lifestyle Market does not offer product territorial exclusivity to any retailer, however we will try our best to maintain harmonize selling condition for proximate retailer.
Print run
Quantity overruns / underruns: We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under.

Return, damage & Claims

Retailer should inspect all immediately upon arrival. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defected product. All returns merchandise must be in its original packaging. Returned merchandise that has been used, altered, ticketed or exceeds the 7 days policy will NOT be processed for replacement or credit. We DO NOT accept return, cancellation or refund on custom order and private label order.

Restocking Fee
All return merchandise sent back to Lifestyle Market that is not damaged or defective will subject to a 25% restocking charge plus all shipping cost incurred.

Custom order
Strictly no cancellation on custom order and deposit is non-refundable. Any custom order sit in warehouse over 21 days without remaining payment receive, we reserve the rights to cancel and release the order. Deposit will be use as restocking and other cost involved such as printing, packaging and material purchased specific for the order.

Shipping

All orders are subject to freight charges. Lifestyle Market reserves the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Freight charges are based on location, weight and dimension of shipment. It will be reflected on the final invoice.
